Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and driving sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to maximize sales revenue and profitability
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the door hardware industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales software tools
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and client visits
